The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed. Standard delivery terms are in accordance with NL 01 and Incoterms 2020. 

For order values below 3 000 NOK, a shipping cost of 300 NOK will be added. For order values above 3 000 NOK, a shipping cost of 175 NOK will be added. Our prices include standard packaging. 

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Order day prices and discounts apply. 

Payment deadline is 30 days. In the event of late payment, interest is accrued in accordance with the Delayed Payment Act in accordance with the interest rate applicable at any given time. 

Cancellation of order only by appointment. Five percent of the order value is charged, minimum NOK 300. Work and purchases made up to cancellation cannot be credited. 

In the case of pre-approved returns, a maximum of 80% of the order value is credited. In addition, there is a handling fee of NOK 100 per position. The total value of the return must exceed NOK 1,000 for the credit to be approved. Crediting of tools older than 20 working days is not approved. Only original packaging is approved. Special tools approved by the buyer are not credited. Errors caused by Gühring are credited 100%. 

Gühring has a sales lien on the delivered goods until the purchase has been paid in full, including any interest and costs.
